Hunter/Jumper Coach - C-Horse Equestrian
With over four decades of dedication to the equestrian world, Rita Condon stands as a seasoned coach and passionate horsewoman. As an Equestrian Canada Competition Coach Specialist, her extensive experience spans coaching, training, and fostering a deep connection between horses and riders.
Rita's journey began at the age of five in England when she first mounted a horse, igniting a lifelong passion. This early start laid the foundation for a career committed to excellence in riding and coaching. She founded C-Horse Equestrian with the vision of creating a nurturing environment where riders of all levels could develop their skills and build meaningful relationships with their equine partners.
Under Rita's leadership, C-Horse Equestrian has become a hub for hunter/jumper enthusiasts, offering coaching and training tailored to each rider's unique needs. Her approach emphasizes not only technical proficiency but also the importance of empathy and understanding in the horse-rider relationship.
Located in Rockyview County, Alberta, the facility serves as a testament to Rita's commitment to the sport and community. Alicia Tallon
Dressage & Equitation Coach
With a wealth of experience spanning both the racetrack and the world of dressage, Alicia Tallon has built a reputation as a skilled and passionate equestrian coach. Her career began in Australia, where she initially gained significant experience on the racetrack, developing a strong foundation in horsemanship that would shape her future in dressage and equitation.

Alicia's unique journey took her from the high-intensity world of racing to the disciplined, artful discipline of dressage. Her extensive understanding of the equine athlete—gained from years of working with racehorses—has given her an exceptional ability to train both competitive riders and horses, from the ground up. Her time on the racetrack has also granted her invaluable skills in assessing horses' capabilities, strength, and potential, making her a well-rounded coach who approaches each partnership with precision and care.

Having worked in diverse settings, Alicia’s coaching experience spans continents, including time spent in Beijing, China, where she coached up-and-coming riders at some of the region’s top equestrian facilities. In Beijing, Alicia focused on both the technical elements of equitation and the development of a strong rider-horse connection, guiding students to success at both national and international levels. This global coaching perspective has enhanced her ability to adapt to different cultures, rider needs, and training environments, further elevating her approach.

Today, Alicia serves as a highly sought-after Dressage and Equitation coach, known for her patient and strategic approach to training. Her philosophy centers around developing both the horse and rider to their full potential, fostering confidence, harmony, and excellence in every lesson.
